I’m a human development coach with over 20 years supporting executives, from founder companies to global corporations within the tech and biotech industries.
My formal training is in Business Management, Organizational Development, and Integral Coaching.
I’m certified in several disciplines including: Integral Human Development, Generative Linguistics, Leadership Embodiment, Transition Management, Systems Theory, and Performance Psychology.
I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and have worked extensively across countries and cultures in the Americas, Asia-Pacific, Middle-East, and Europe.

Why I do this work:
As the eldest child of an immigrant family, I’ve often known the feeling of being at my “growth-edge”.
I’m the first in my family to go to college, first to have a professional career, first to own a home, etc.. All things that might seem normal or routine for others felt like a big leap for me.
I’ve faced new challenges, experienced setbacks, and been offered incredible opportunities many times in my life and I always had guides helping me be successful at each new level.
I’m devoted to human development because I’ve experienced the power of community when at my growing edge.
It’s now my privilege and life’s work to offer this to others.
